 Important Notice: Your Booking Request

We're thrilled that you're considering our services for your upcoming event! We'd like to clarify our booking process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Booking Request ≠ Confirmation:

Submitting a booking request is the first step towards securing your appointment with us. However, please note that a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed reservation.

2. Confirmation Requires Invoice and Deposit:

Your appointment becomes confirmed only when you receive an invoice and successfully place a 30% deposit. This deposit is crucial to securing your date and our services.

3. Payment Schedule:

• For  daily events full payment is due 48 hours prior to your event.
• For hourly events full payment is due day of event.
• Failure to complete the payment may result in incomplete event setup, and your deposit will not be refunded.

4. Deposit Refunds:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Deposits are refundable under the following conditions:

1. Act of God: If an unforeseeable natural disaster or uncontrollable event forces the cancellation of your event, and it can not be rescheduled we will refund your deposit.
2. Vehicle Unavailability: In the unlikely event that the selected vehicle is out of commission and cannot be repaired in a timely manner, we will refund your deposit. Additionally, you will be given priority in choosing an alternative vehicle from our fleet.

 Classic Carcheaology is at your service from 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Sunday, to assist you with all your questions and booking needs. Please note that our rentals are available by appointment only, ensuring that we can provide you with the personalized attention and assistance you deserve. Classic Carchaeology is headquartered in Nashville, TN and proudly serves a 30-mile radius encompassing the surrounding areas. We're dedicated to bringing the charm of our classic car rentals to your doorstep within our service area.

Note: For events located outside of our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply. Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your event's location, and we'll provide you with all the necessary details to ensure a seamless experience for your special occasion.

 We appreciate your enthusiasm, but our vehicles are not available for driving rentals. Our classic car rentals are exclusively designed as props and photo opportunities to elevate the ambiance of your event. Rest assured, we're here to ensure your event's success. We provide a skilled chauffeur free of charge for the duration of your event, ready to expertly stage and move the vehicle as needed.  A tap truck, in our case, refers to our 1960 Ford Panel truck, which serves as a captivating prop for your special events. This classic beauty is equipped to serve your customer-provided beer, wine, or other kegged beverages. It's an excellent addition to elevate your graduation parties, corporate events, or weddings, adding a unique and nostalgic touch to your celebration. While we don't provide alcohol for the tap truck, we're here to make the process easy for you. Due to Illinois law, the client is responsible for purchasing the alcohol. However, we offer assistance and guidance in selecting your beverages. For added convenience, we can arrange to pick up and deliver your chosen selections to your event for a small fee. We're committed to ensuring that your experience with our tap truck is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
